The company was established on March 31, 2012, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan and a total investment exceeding 100 million yuan. It is a specialized manufacturer of proppants (ceramic proppant sand) for oil and gas well fracturing. The company is located in Longzhuang Village, Jucheng Town, Pingding County, Yangquan City, Shanxi Province. It enjoys a superior geographic location and convenient transportation access, covering an area of over 100,000 square meters. Currently, the company employs more than 100 people, including 20 professional technical personnel and 5 senior technical specialists.
The company places great emphasis on technological innovation and certification development. In recent years, it has successively obtained the following honors: “Shanxi Province Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise,” “Shanxi Province Specialized, Fine, and New Small and Medium-sized Enterprise,” “National High-tech Enterprise,” “Integration of IT and Industrialization Management System Certification,” and “5A Green Factory Certification.” It has also passed CNAS laboratory accreditation and achieved certification under three management systems: ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management. The main production equipment includes: two 500×750 jaw crushers, two 2.4×2.5 ball mills, two 2.4×8 ball mills, four 4.5×1.2 pelletizers, eight 2.4×1.7 pelletizers, two 2.2×14 drying kilns, two 2.4×18 cooling kilns, and two 3.2×50 rotary kilns. The primary laboratory testing equipment comprises: a laser particle size analyzer, a multi-element rapid analyzer, a flame photometer, a constant-stress compression testing machine, and a turbidity analyzer, among others. Our company boasts sophisticated production equipment, advanced manufacturing processes, and comprehensive laboratory testing facilities. We employ cutting-edge domestic technologies in our production, and our product quality standards conform to the industry standard SY/T5108—2014. Currently, our company has an annual production capacity of 90,000 tons of ceramic proppant sand and can process 150,000 tons of alumina powder. We utilize both ore and slag materials, employing advanced production techniques and proprietary formulations, enabling us to produce high-strength, high-quality ceramic proppant sand. Our ceramic proppant sand is classified into three density grades—high, medium, and low—and four strength levels—52 MPa, 69 MPa, 86 MPa, and 103 MPa. The particle size distribution primarily covers ranges of 850–425 μm, 600–300 μm, 425–212 μm, and 212–106 μm. Our products exhibit excellent characteristics such as high compressive strength, superior flowability, low turbidity, low density, high strength, and acid resistance, making them widely suitable for fracturing applications in oil and gas fields. All performance indicators fall within the limits specified by both industry and enterprise standards.
